This website uses no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no third-party scripts, fonts or embeds, and has no forms. We do not build profiles, sell or share data, or store anything about your visit ourselves.

Some Small Studio is a trade name of Neki Mali Studio - Obrt za uslužne djelatnosti, owned by Damjan Mandarić. The same business is responsible for (is the controller of) any personal data described below.

Hosting

This website is a static site served by Cloudflare, Inc. When you visit, your browser necessarily sends your IP address and standard technical information (such as browser type and the page requested). Cloudflare processes this on our behalf only to deliver the page and protect it from abuse, under a data processing agreement. We do not run analytics on it or use it to identify you. Cloudflare may process data outside the EU; such transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

When you email us

If you write to us, we use your email address and the contents of your message only to reply and handle your request (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, or Art. 6(1)(b) where it relates to a potential contract, e.g. a publishing pitch). We keep correspondence only as long as needed for that purpose or as required by law, and we don't share it with third parties except our email provider.

External links

Links to stores and platforms (e.g. Steam, YouTube) open those sites, which have their own privacy policies. Nothing from them is loaded on this website.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of any personal data we hold about you, or object to its processing, by emailing hello@somesmallstudio.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, azop.hr) or your local supervisory authority.
